The equipment of this series is an all cast iron structure, has five planetary wheels and five valve blocks on a grinding disc which moves opposite to a sun wheel, and workpiece in the planetary wheel can fulfill revolution and rotation at the same time. The multi-position linear movement of workpiece is contributing to fast grinding and high and precise flatness.

Features:

The main machine features by variable-frequency speed control, reduction, soft start and stop, stable stop without impacts, and automatic timing control, and is able to stop and give an alarm after reaching the preset value. One people can operate several machines at the same time, thereby saving labor force.

Grinding: The recycling grinding liquid is contributing to cost reduction and no damages to workpiece.
